Summer season (From 1st April to 15th October): If the setup area, private back garden and castle isn’t booked by another customer we get it delivered the day before in the evening of the party and collection on the day anytime after 6 PM unless the customer booked overnight. If the castle booked the day before delivery on the day between 8 AM to 10:30 AM and collection the same day anytime after 6 PM. For the front garden set up, we deliver on the day between 8 AM to 10:30 AM and collect the same day anytime after 6 PM.

Winter season (From 15th October to 30th March): If the setup area, private back garden and castle isn’t booked by another customer we get it delivered the day before in the evening of the party and collection on the day anytime after 5 PM unless the customer booked overnight. If the castle booked the day before delivery on the day between 8 AM to 10:30 AM and collection the same day anytime after 5 PM. For the front garden set up, we deliver on the day between 8 AM to 10:30 AM and collect the same day anytime after 5 PM.

Units (inflatables and other services) must be supervised at all times.
To prohibit food, drink or gum on the unit.
That users remove their footwear.
Once equipment is installed it must not be moved.
The Hiree is responsible for ensuring that adequate first aid facilities are available if necessary.
The Hiree is responsible for ensuring that the equipment is not used in inclement weather conditions (Very heavy rain and wind 35 KM and over).
To prohibit users from hanging or climbing on containing walls.
To prohibit somersaults or rough play.
Ensure that nobody with any illness or history of back, neck or other joint problems etc is allowed on the inflatable as indeed any Child who is feeling unwell.
Under no circumstances should ADULTS use the bouncy castle or unit.
No smoking or barbeques near the inflatable.
That users remove sharp or dangerous objects from there person and glasses were practical.
In the unlikely event of an accident occurring, full written details including, name and address of injured party, names and addresses of witnesses, circumstances of accident must be recorded and a copy sent to HKL EVENTS IMMEDIATELY.
By booking online, on the call, email and any other channel hiree’s responsibility to read the terms and conditions.
Booking through any channel hiree agrees to terms and conditions of HKL EVENTS.

Fantastic experience using HKL events to rent a bouncy castle for the weekend for our daughter’s birthday. Booking was very straightforward, communication was excellent and delivery and collection were on time! Would definitely recommend. Thanks to Hido and the team!

I couldn't recommend HKL highly enough. They supplied everything we needed for my little boy's Communion, including a bouncy castle, marquee, lighting, heating, tables, chairs, an ice box, slushee, popcorn and candyfloss machines. Hido was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He was always quick to reply, incredibly helpful, and nothing was ever too much trouble. He even put me in touch with the lovely Merve, who did a beautiful job with our balloons. The whole team was friendly, professional and made the entire process completely hassle free. Everything was set up perfectly, and all our guests had a fantastic time. I will definitely be booking HKL again for future events and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, high quality party hire with outstanding customer service. Thank you for helping make my son's Communion such a special day

We rented a marquee for a party off Hido and the team. Setup and removal were quick and easy. We will defintely use HKL events again and would highly recommend them.

My plan was whilst having a bbq...to rent my daughter her first bouncy castle and to see the smile and excitement on her face when she got up that morning. After calling multiple places, basically all found on Google, (absolute waster most of them, with not an answer, call back or even a reply to my messages) I eventually got to HKL and the owner Hido. These companies based on what they do should have an understanding and a service that takes into account how important a little thing like a bouncy castle for a parents son or daughter can be to the parents, to see the joy on their faces. Hido and his team were the only company to keep in touch, take my needs into account and oblige and to offer a 5 star service. Thanks men...you have netted a repeat customer. 5 stars.
