Summer season (From 1st April to 15th October): If the setup area, private back garden and castle isn’t booked by another customer we get it delivered the day before in the evening of the party and collection on the day anytime after 6 PM unless the customer booked overnight. If the castle booked the day before delivery on the day between 8 AM to 10:30 AM and collection the same day anytime after 6 PM. For the front garden set up, we deliver on the day between 8 AM to 10:30 AM and collect the same day anytime after 6 PM.

Winter season (From 15th October to 30th March): If the setup area, private back garden and castle isn’t booked by another customer we get it delivered the day before in the evening of the party and collection on the day anytime after 5 PM unless the customer booked overnight. If the castle booked the day before delivery on the day between 8 AM to 10:30 AM and collection the same day anytime after 5 PM. For the front garden set up, we deliver on the day between 8 AM to 10:30 AM and collect the same day anytime after 5 PM.

  • Units (inflatables and other services) must be supervised at all times.
  • To prohibit food, drink or gum on the unit.
  • That users remove their footwear.
  • Once equipment is installed it must not be moved.
  • The Hiree is responsible for ensuring that adequate first aid facilities are available if necessary.
  • The Hiree is responsible for ensuring that the equipment is not used in inclement weather conditions (Very heavy rain and wind 35 KM and over).
  • To prohibit users from hanging or climbing on containing walls.
  • To prohibit somersaults or rough play.
  • Ensure that nobody with any illness or history of back, neck or other joint problems etc is allowed on the inflatable as indeed  any Child who is feeling unwell.
  • Under no circumstances should ADULTS use the bouncy castle or unit.
  • No smoking or barbeques near the inflatable.
  • That users remove sharp or dangerous objects from there person and glasses were practical.
  • In the unlikely event of an accident occurring, full written details including, name and address of injured party, names and  addresses of witnesses, circumstances of accident must be recorded and a copy sent to HKL EVENTS IMMEDIATELY.
  • By booking online, on the call, email and any other channel hiree’s responsibility to read the terms and conditions.
  • Booking through any channel hiree agrees to terms and conditions of HKL EVENTS.
